  As an event organiser you’ll find our conference and incentive planners really useful and packed full of ideas and information about how to make the most of your event in Wales.

• Free venue finding service
  This is often the hardest part of organising an event especially if you are unfamiliar with the location; however we can do all the hard work for you including checking availability obtaining the best rates available.

• Preparation of bid documents and a presentation
  We can help with putting a bid together and obtaining letters of support from key people such as the Mayor of the host city and also the relevant Government Minister. We can also make available a general PowerPoint of Wales which features venues, hotels and incentive ideas which you may want to include in your bid or proposal.

• Access to images of Wales

• Site Visits
  We understand that the best way to help you make a decision about where to hold your event is to see it in the flesh which is why we are happy to organise and accompany you on a site visit to potential venues and accommodation.
